- So many death flags for Luca! D: (too much screen time!!) Thankfully he didn't, but still D: I didn't read the spoilers for this episode, so.... it scared me like the entire ep.
- Sheryl in VF scared me for a moment (Nice try. Train some more, there's an empty spot in the pixie squadron!), and then blowing it up made me fear for Michael D;
- I've grown very apathetic of Alto by now... as in I don't like the other characters interacting with him. Except for the rivalry with Brera I guess. He was presented much better in the earlier episodes, his personality seemed more full and subtle... and less generic.
- I've realized I liked Sheryl more when she wasn't all over Alto. I mean, I liked her back when everyone hated on her for the bitchy attitude. I could tolerate Sheryl/Alto at first, but as it went on Sheryl's personality took a nosedive IMO. Please go back to being the awesome diva or fail!pilot (or both)... don't go with Alto. :(
- Not interested in Ranka/Alto either, but Ranka acts a bit more natural and constant around him compared to the above... ok I don't know how to explain it. Don't mind me.
- I liked the flashback scene with Ranka and Ozma. It was good. Shows how she can cut off the protective ties.
- The bacteria in Ranka looks a lot like the diamond in Sheryl's earring. Diamond Crevasse, anyone? BTW Vajra means diamond in Sanskrit.
- Don't be late remix!!
- Maaya Sakamoto sings Aimo. It shouldn't come too surprisingly she wrote part of the lyrics. :D
- Little Vajra is mysteriously absent!
Speculation on my part:
- Ranka won't end up looking like she is now anymore... (as she's infected with a virus?)
- Green critter grows up (but we all knew that)
- Sheryl and Ranka are going to fuse (I'll laugh very hard if this happens, because bye bye love triangle~!)
- Grace = Sharon Apple?
- Leon is just a pawn.
- Cathy might mentor Sheryl? This would be very awesome.
- Galaxy vs Frontier. Mark my words.
- Luca will get in deep friendship trouble, because of his alliance with Leon. Probably the reason why he didn't bite the dust in this episode.
Plot points I would like to see touched upon soon:
- Mr Bilrer.
- Triangle between Ozma, Cathy and Leon
- Leon, Grace and Brera and the whole Macross Galaxy thing.
- What's going on in Leon's head basically.
- Interaction between Alto, Brera and Ranka.
- More songs plz!!!
- Macross Frontier 14

I'd like to see more of the Cathy, Leon & Ozma triangle, too. The Alto. Sheryl & Ranka triangle isn't the only one in the series. The writers have forgotten about the former.
I prefer Sheryl when she's all sassy and playful, like in Ep 13 when she talked to Michel and I thought she was quite likeable there.

Well I don't think they've forgotten, but I think too much of A/S/R triangle hasn't been good for me. :P

I think Alto brings out the worst in both girls. Though I don't think Sheryl's personality changed much, circumstances did. Though I won't get into that lol. I'm just not feeling the love triangle at all. Though I'd still go A/S over A/R by far. Damsel is distress is a no go for me.

Fuse? I don't see it. I do think everything Sheryl knows about herself is basically lies and she's just some kind of pawn (everyone keep saying clone, but I don't buy that... yet). Yes Grace = Super Sharon Apple Yes to Cathy/Sheryl mentor.

What I fear the most is when Alto has to make a decision between the girls. I hope it won't take too long. It made me skip complete scenes and almost entire episodes in the original series, because Hikaru just couldn't decide. -__- The three characters got worse as the love triangle deepened. I hope it's not the case for Frontier, it's up to Alto to make it better.
The silly inspiration comes from the beginning of the OP when Ranka and Sheryl fly in fold space. Probably meant to be symbolical. There's definately a connection between the two, not entirely convinced about the clone theory either. Blah, too many loose ends.
