Summer season anime... Any recommendations for me?
Shortly before camp I got "In The Pool" by Hideo Okuda in the mail... yes, from the Kuuchuu Buranko (Flying Trapeze) anime by the Mononoke team in Fall. I'm just very curious about it.
The first two stories were pretty amusing... according to the novel's cover insert the stories are anime/manga inspired. So as you should expect it's not completely realistic... or better said: the characters are exaggerated. But it's pure lol, seriously. There are three more stories to read, I'll probably resume tomorrow or on Monday.

Yes I officially started a meme, because I like the concept of the siteand to post today. Try it! You'll be surprised at how much you wrote. I actually wrote mine about a week ago, so it may not be completely faithful to the meme above.

It's a onesided Haruka/Mamoru fluffy fic set in a near future... I can't believe I wrote this. Heavily influenced by beyond volume 4 (stupid things like.. Mamoru likes cakes, sweets, chocolate much to my horror and surprise). I will make an UDDUP pimp post soon, it is criminally underrated.

Pulled the threads together today, and managed to pull off writing and translating the fic at the same time. Yesterday was mostly finding some good names, for pretty much the entire reincarnated Mononoke cast. The first chapter is mostly Mononoke-prominent and a bit superficial too, I think. I'll try better later. Dutch version is here, in case you want to read/compare. ........I had much fun writing MS, I thought it would be difficult, but I enjoyed it a lot. (on that topic, I rewatched Bake Neko today *in awe again*)
Oh. If you spot silly errors or "this could have been said better", please tell me by all means. :D; Also, GH spoilers will be more obvious in the later chapters.
The genre is suspense/mystery/supernatural.. what could happen in both canons essentially.
Summary: Thrown into a sudden and unexpected clash, two sides unexpectedly gather. The SPR tries to solve the many mysteries in the surroundings of a certain vacation resort, together with... a medicine seller. [GH/Mononoke]
