I promised to do this, like... ages ago, but it never happened until now. It helps that this band is going to release 4 studio albums within a time period of one or two years. I have to get these out now, otherwise it will be too much to take in! :D New connection over fiberglass was installed recently and it's blingingly fast! I uploaded all of this within less than a half hour!

Okay the music is horrendously catchy and obviously part of why I love this band. I also not so secretly love Foreman's beautiful voice and his amazing lyrics.

Switchfoot
Known for their energetic live shows, the three guitarists in the line-up often operate simultaneously, building on the pop sensibilities of Foreman's songwriting, and, rounded out by Fontamillas's work on the synthesizer, bringing his industrial roots to the sound, the band works up "the Switchfoot sound" – a melodic crunch of densely layered sound featuring some electronic experimentation, and often driven by hard-charging guitar riffs, while throwing in a few softer, spacey ballads as well.

I have holidays for one weeeek.

"Until Death Do Us Part" scanlations are quickly catching up. I like how it managed to crawl up MAL's popularity chart of the day, sandwiched right between Naruto and Bleach.

It seems only two or three people on my friendslist even read this magnificent thing.

Read it, do eeeet.

If not, I will entice you guys into this..

.... :>

I've been calculating whether there was enough material for a 26 episode anime series, turns out there isn't.. manga is currently hanging around what I would call episode 20-ish.

Also, Switchfoot is insane. They are working on like 4 studio albums worth of material... that is, 80+ songs. Then again it's been 3 years since the last album. Hello Hurricane on September 2009, Vice Verses TBD 2010, and after that ??? Do you know what this means? Yes, Switchfoot will never be able to tumble down my Last.FM overall charts.

Y-yeah, I'm going back to iconing or something...
